Dealing with hiring employees from the competition

When hiring employees that have been previously employed by a competing company there are circumstances that need to be considered. We know that the business world is aggressive, and much of your competition wont stop to even consider these ideas. We strongly urge the concept expressed is considered.

A person employed by a competing company that is crucial to their continued survival as a company is not someone that should be hired lightly. If the sake of that companies survival hinges on that person, then so does the economic welfare of all employees and families associated with said company.

A person who is still under contract seeks employment outside their company they should first remember the commitment they made to their employer.
"When a man makes a vow to the Lord,
 or takes an oath to obligate himself by a pledge,
 he must not break his word,
 but must do everything he said."
Numbers 30:2
And in New Testament.
"Simply let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,'
and your 'No,' 'No';
anything beyond this comes from the evil one"
Matthew 5:37
